Synopsis:

The fundamental way that humans engage and become successful in their work has shifted. The rapid changes in work-from-home culture and the ever expanding implementation of software for everything has begun to challenge the existential notion of what human work means. Software and automations have been designed to occupy much of the repetitive or mundane “task” of work. This type of work has characterized most jobs since the implementation of computers at the workplace and it is being replaced.

What work will be left for humans once software enviably takes over most of the duties? How can we still add value in a software-ladened future?

This session will attempt to answer these questions by examining the root of what we at Brick Bridge call “Human Centered” design. We will provide our award-winning strategies as examples on how developers using Citrix SaaS products can elevate creative and complex problem-solving human-based work amongst a sea of softwares designed to reduce it.
